8th Element SISU Inside SISU on Medway City Estate
As you enter the estate by the Mc Donalds Entrance, head along Anthonys way until the roundabout. Take a left onto Neptune Close, then take the 3rd right into Lakeside Park. SISU fitness will be right in front of you. We are on the first floor. head on up and take a seat.
There is free parking outside Unit 19. There are also available parking bays on the ends of the buildings diagonally opposite to the left and right and along the main road (Neptune Close). When out of season, Christmas Time parking is also available.
